Mindfullness Precautions

Honey Bee Healings

At Honey Bee Healings, our mission is to guide you toward peace, empowerment, and nervous-system balance. While mindfulness is supportive for many, every body and mind is unique. We encourage you to move at your own pace and honor what feels right.

Trauma-Sensitive Care

We are Trauma-Sensitive Certified, and all of our practices are offered with compassion, choice, and safety at the center of every session.

Possible Reactions

Some individuals may notice:

  • Increased anxiety or emotional discomfort
  • Strong memories or feelings
  • Heightened awareness of pain
  • Feeling restless, lightheaded, or ungrounded

These responses simply mean your body may need to pause, adjust, or try a gentler approach.

Please Use Extra Care If You:

  • Have a history of trauma, PTSD, or dissociation
  • Are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, or panic
  • Have medical or neurological conditions
  • Are under the care of a doctor or therapist

Mindfulness supports wellbeing but does not replace medical or mental-health care.

Practice Safely

  • Start slowly
  • Keep your eyes open if needed
  • Change positions anytime
  • Take breaks as often as you need
  • Skip anything that feels uncomfortable

Your comfort and safety always come first.

When to Stop

Pause the practice and seek support if you experience intense distress, flashbacks, severe dizziness, or anything that feels unsafe.
